How We Use Data
We use submitted data to respond to enquiries, provide consultations or demos, process partner and career applications, fulfil product download requests, protect forms from spam and abuse, maintain consent records, and send newsletters or product updates only when you provide separate marketing consent.
Legal Basis and Consent
We process form submissions to take steps requested by you and to operate secure business communications. Where consent is required, including marketing communications, we ask for it separately. Privacy-policy acceptance and marketing consent are separate choices; marketing consent is optional.
Retention

Career applications and talent-pool records are retained only for as long as needed for recruitment purposes unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
